November Units of Study

Kindergarten:  “It’s Our Town”  Students learn about their communities.

First Grade:  “Get Out the Map!” Students learn about map features and how to use maps.

Second Grade: “Our United States”  Students learn about symbols of the United States.

Third Grade:  “From Past to Present”  Students explore the question: How can we preserve our traditions?

Fourth Grade: “Living Traditions”  Students explore how traditions shape who we are.

Fifth Grade:  “What is Justice?”  Students explore the question: What is justice?
